Common Uses: Antispasmodic, anti-rheumatic, antiseptic, bactericidal, bechic, cardiac, carminative, cicatrizant, diuretic, emmenagogue, expectorant, hypertensive, insecticide, stimulant, tonic, and a vermifuge substance.

Suggested Uses & Recipes:

Topical:
• Dilute with a carrier oil & use to promote healthier skin.
• Place 1 drop on soles of feet before bed to promote a relaxing rest & help build the immune system.
• Dilute with a carrier oil & massage on before going outdoors as a natural insect repellent.

Aromatic:
• Diffuse 4-5 drops to help cleanse the air.

Internal:
• Dilute 1 drop of oil in 4 oz water or juice.
• Add to meat or recipes while cooking.
