Suggested Uses & Recipes:

Topical:
• Add 1 drop to your skin care routine to improve skin.

Aromatic:
• Diffuse 4-5 drops to help cleanse the air.

Internal:
• Dilute 1 drop of oil in 4 oz water or juice.
