Suggested Uses & Recipes:

Topical:
• Place 2-3 drops on your collar or scarf to give you an uplifting sense of calming.
• Wear 1-2 drops on wrists as a natural perfume.
• Add 1-2 drops to your skin care routine.
• Blend with a carrier oil and use for massage.

Diffuser:
• Place 4-5 drops in diffuser. Great for work or classrooms when stress levels run high.

Internal:
• Change regular tea to Earl Grey by adding Bergamot.
