Moss Meals, The Hangout, & Brikhouse are coming together to host a fitness/wellness event on April 1st. There will be a 5k hosted by Moss Meals, a Spartan DEKA Mile competition hosted by The Hangout, & a weightlifting competition hosted by Brikhouse. We are going to promote overall wellness, asking different health related vendors to set up. Come join in the fun! Even if you don’t participate, you can watch and walk around to the different vendors set up as well.
Saffron Herb Co. & Herbal Dentist™ will be there as well discussing how Essential Oils can help make your life better!
